Cherniavsky Boardroom
Ideal for meetings (12 person capacity)
Dimensions: approximately 10 x 20 feet
Includes: boardroom table, chairs, white board, PC computer, and LCD screen
Non-profit rate - $15 per hour
Commercial rate - $20
Rentals are welcome Monday-Friday, 9-5
Evenings and Saturdays subject to varying rates/availability.
Multipurpose Studio
Ideal for large meetings, classes or workshops (40-50 person capacity)
Dimensions: approximately 20 x 30 feet
Non-profit rate - $20 per hour
Commercial rate - $30 per hour
Rentals are welcome Monday-Friday, 9-5
Evenings and Saturdays subject to varying rates/availability.
Gallery
Ideal for receptions (up to 100 person capacity)
Dimensions: approximately 20 x 40 feet
Non-profit rate - $40 per hour
Commercial rate - $50 per hour

General rental conditions
- Minimum 4-hour rental
- Payment by cheque or Visa must be received two working days in advance of rental date
- No refunds on cancellations less than two working days in advance of rental date
- Receptions or other events where alcohol is served must obtain an LCB license, insurance, and provide a security deposit to ArtStarts
